1. Introduction
Juris Advisory ("we," "us," or "our") is a legal and fintech advisory firm registered in Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you visit our website at juris.uz (the "Website") or use our services.
By accessing the Website or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
2. Data We Collect
We may collect the following categories of personal data:
- Contact information: name, email address, phone number, company name — provided when you fill out a contact form, order documents, or send us an inquiry.
- Communication data: the content of messages you send us via the contact form, email, Telegram, or WhatsApp.
- Transaction data: details of document purchases made through the Legal store, including order summaries and payment confirmation (we do not store full payment card details).
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and time spent on the Website — collected automatically through server logs and analytics.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
- To respond to your inquiries and provide legal advisory services.
- To process and fulfill orders placed through the Legal store.
- To send you relevant updates about our services, only where you have consented or where we have a legitimate interest.
- To improve the functionality and content of the Website.
- To comply with legal obligations under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the following legal grounds:
- Consent: where you have given clear consent for us to process your data for a specific purpose.
- Contractual necessity: where processing is necessary to perform a contract with you or to take pre-contractual steps at your request.
- Legitimate interest: where processing is necessary for our legitimate business interests, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Legal obligation: where processing is required to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share your data with:
- Service providers: trusted third parties that assist us with hosting, analytics, payment processing, and email delivery — subject to appropriate data protection obligations (analytics: see § 9).

Your personal data is stored on secure servers. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

Under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, you have the right to:

- Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal obligations.

9. Cookies and analytics
9.1. What we use. The Website uses analytics cookies from two services:
- Google Analytics 4 from Google LLC (USA);
- PostHog from PostHog Inc., which keeps our data on its EU servers in Germany.
They show us which pages are read and which help visitors, so that we can improve the Website. We do not use them for advertising.
9.2. Nothing loads without your consent. Analytics scripts and cookies load only after you press "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you press "Decline" or do nothing, nothing is loaded and no cookies are set. Your choice is stored in your browser.
9.3. What is collected if you accept.
- a random identifier stored in cookies (
_ga*,ph_*); - the pages you visit and when, and the page or campaign you came from;
- which buttons and links you click, how far you scroll, which products you view, and whether a form showed an error. We never collect what you type;
- technical error reports when a page fails to work;
- device and browser type, screen size, and your IP address, which is used to estimate your location.
Before anything is sent, page addresses are cut down to the page itself. Query parameters, except campaign tags, are removed, and so are fragments.
9.4. Orders, forms and downloads. When you send an order or a contact form, pay, or download a file, our server reports this to Google and PostHog:
- the order number, the product and its price;
- the page and language;
- how you first arrived (source, campaign, landing page).
If you accepted analytics, the report carries your analytics identifier, so we can see which pages led to it. If you did not, it carries a one-time random number instead and is not linked to your visits. Your name, phone number, email and message are never sent to Google or PostHog, and neither is your IP address in these reports. Only we can match an order number to your order.
9.5. Where the data goes. Google LLC and PostHog Inc. process this data for us as third parties.
- Google Analytics: the data may be processed in the United States. Google LLC takes part in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- PostHog: the data is stored in Germany.
Both countries are on the list of foreign states that ensure adequate protection of personal data, approved by Resolution No. 415 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 29 July 2026. For the USA the list covers companies under the Data Privacy Framework.
9.6. How long it is kept and how to change your mind.
- Cookies: they last up to 2 years (
_ga*) and 1 year (ph_*), unless you delete them sooner. - Data linked to your identifier: Google Analytics keeps it for 14 months and PostHog for 12 months. After that it is deleted. Aggregated statistics that identify no one may be kept longer.
- Withdrawing consent: you can withdraw it at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of the Website's pages. Analytics then stops at once and the analytics cookies are deleted from your browser.
- After withdrawal: data collected before you withdrew is deleted when the periods above end.
- Earlier deletion: if you give us something that identifies it, such as an order number, you can ask us to delete it sooner (§ 9.7). Data under a one-time random number cannot be traced to anyone.
9.7. Your rights. Under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" you have the right to:
- know whether we hold your personal data and what it is;
- receive information on how it is processed;
- give and withdraw consent;
- demand that processing be temporarily suspended if the data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained or not needed for its purpose;
- complain to the authorized state body for personal data, or to a court.
You can send requests electronically to hello@juris.uz, including requests to suspend processing or to destroy your data. The Website is operated by the operator of juris.uz. Requests about personal data go to the same address, where the person responsible for personal data handles them. The operator's registration details are provided on request.
10. Third-Party Links
The Website may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party sites.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
12. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes arising from or related to this Privacy Policy shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
